"As graduate students, at UB and Buffalo State, we were so lucky to find this centrally-located house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It was the right place to be while we finished school. We enjoyed our time here, but were following our new jobs.

"We are on to our next journey, but we appreciated everything you did for us during our time at the Washington house."

"My husband and I loved living at this Kenmore home! The house is well cared for and has lots of charm, and the neighborhood is safe and close to shops and restaurants in Kenmore and beyond. The home owners are attentive landlords who were easy to reach and immediately addressed any issue or needed repair.
If we didn’t have to move away from New York, we’d stay in the house!”
-Amanda (2017-2020)

"House is really quaint. Great safe, walkable neighborhood. Street has mostly owner-occupied residents.
In the summer I loved sitting under the apple tree and making apple sauce with the trees bounty! I would pick mint in the yard and add to my summer drinks. The park is only a few blocks away and I ran there all the time. Living there was wonderful. I hated to leave, but opportunity awaited elsewhere!"

"I really enjoyed living living at this home. It was charming and cozy. The location was close to my job the University. Any of my needs were quickly attended to by the owners. I enjoyed my stay here, but I needed to move out to state to be closer to family."

"When we lived at the Kenmore house I liked it because it had a lot of storage for my hockey equipment in the basement. She liked it because there was lot of hidden storage around the house and closet space (back room). Convenient to shops and entertainment. Glad we didn't pick an apartment. Quiet. All-in-all a good house to spend time at."
